After nearly 8 years in Mexico, in which he worked with Alpha Coperative and Foundation, his career led him back to Cambodia, where he found himself confronted with a new set of challenges and opportunities. Despite the cultural differences and somewhat unfamiliar terrain, Chan never felt more at home than in Cambodia, he embraced the opportunity to contribute to the development of his homeland.

Inspired by his own struggles and those of his family, Chan found motivation in every encounter with adversity. "Every time I see struggles that people face, it hits me personally. I don't shy away from them; instead, I engage, empathize, and help seek solutions," he explains.

In Cambodia, Chan found a sense of purpose and belonging, leveraging his skills and expertise to drive positive change in the community. He immersed himself in various initiatives aimed at promoting education, empowering youth, and alleviating poverty. Currently Chan is the Executive Director for Prince Foundation, which focuses on three main pillars, Education and Youth Empowerment, Healthcare, Community Engagement and Sports.
